               Paulo Coelho was Brazilian author who was born in 1947 in Rio de Janeiro. Before he was an author he was a theater director, actor, lyricist and a journalist. “The world is changed by your example, not by your opinion” is a great quote by Paulo. I believe his quote mean that the world is changed by what you do but not by what you say. This quote is a great example of what everyone should do in their life, which is change the world b doing not saying. The reason is that people say too much stuff and it never gets done. The greatest example of this quote is in politician that say they are going to do all this incredible stuff to change the world but never follow through. The greatest example in my life is when I set a goal but I never really tell anyone till it is complete. So I’m not just saying I’m going to do something great but that I am going to follow through with it. Another example I can add is that a lot of people don’t set good example for their kids and they say that their kids are great or that they are great parents but in the end they are just stating an opinion. This is another one of the many reasons why this quote in particular should be used to its potential. I believe this quote should be used and effect everyone’s life by setting some sort of example and also completing that example.
